**UPDATED January 2022**

BOOKING APPOINTMENTS

If any of our staff feel ill or have symptoms of COVID-19, they will self-isolate immediately and not come into the salon. This may mean that we have to cancel your appointment at short notice. We appreciate that this may be inconvenient but it is done entirely for everyone's safety. If your appointment is cancelled you will be able to re-book again with another staff member or when the booked stylist returns to the salon.

Stay at HomeIf you or any of the people you live with feel ill or display any symptoms of COVID-19 – please advise us as soon as possible and do not come to your appointment. If you have to cancel for this reason, our cancellation charge will be waived. However, we will not be able to rebook you an appointment until you have received a negative COVID-19 test result and/or are 48 hours clear of symptoms.

We have amended our booking terms and conditions so there will be no charges for any appointments which will be missed due to COVID-related illness or isolation requirements. We do ask that as much notice can be given as is reasonably possible to enable us to refill these appointments to limit detriment to the business.

Appointment onlywe work on an appointment-only basis.

VISITING THE SALON

Arrive on timefor your safety and to continue maintaining social distancing as much as possible, we ask that you attend your appointments as close to the appointment time as possible. Please do not turn up early for appointments as this may mean that you come into contact with other clients who are just leaving. We politely ask that you either wait in your car or outside the building until you are called into the salon.

Please come alone to your appointment - there is currently a limited waiting area as we are only permitting limited numbers of people in the salon at any one time. This includes babies and children 12 and under.

Sanitise your hands - we have a hand sanitiser available for use upon entry into the salon. Hands will also need to be sanitised before leaving the salon.

Face coverings - since the Government's latest update lifting remaining restrictions effective January 2022 we believe the use of face coverings should now be a personal choice when visiting the salon.

Personal belongings - please bring minimal belongings with you. All belongings will be placed in individual clear plastic boxes which are placed under the work station during your treatment. Phones will need to be kept out of reach as hands need to be kept sanitised and free from the face or other items.

PPE - our staff wear face coverings during your treatment. This is to minimise the risk between staff and client.

We maintain high standards of cleanliness in the salon but we have increased the frequency of cleaning in the salon including making sure that common touch points e.g. door handles, card terminals etc are cleaned and disinfected between each client.

All tools and equipment will be disinfected in line with the specific manufacturer's instructions for your safety as usual.

We utilise environmentally-friendly, single use items during a treatment that will be disposed of safely after use in order to prevent cross-contamination.

Salon towels and workwear are regularly laundered.

All disposable items are bagged and removed from treatment areas frequently throughout the day.

DURING YOUR TREATMENT

Our staff understand the importance of hand hygiene and we will ensure that we sanitise our hands before the start of your treatment. We use disposable nitrile gloves during our treatments.

We will try to make your treatments as safe, comfortable and enjoyable as possible. If you have any concerns about your treatments please let us know and we will do what we can to satisfy you.

PAYMENTS

We accept contactless and cash payments.

All of these procedures have been implemented for your safety and that of our staff.

Thank you so much for your understanding.
