TERMS & CONDITIONS

APPOINTMENTS

All appointments must be confirmed as instructed by the booking confirmation email. If an appointment remains unconfirmed, it will be cancelled without further notice to you.

 

CANCELLATIONS

To cancel or change an appointment, a minimum of 48 hours’ notice (72 hours for permanent make up) is required or a 50% charge will be applied. No-shows or missed appointments will be charged at full price with no exceptions. 

 

DEPOSIT

We reserve the right to request a non-refundable deposit for high value treatments above £100 in order to secure an appointment. Any changes to the appointment must be made in accordance with our cancellation policy.

 

PUNCTUALITY

Please arrive to your treatment on time. Late arrival will either result in treatment being refused or shortened treatment time, however treatments will still be charged at full price.

PATCH TESTING

A patch test must be carried out (where a treatment requires one) a minimum of 48 hours prior to a booked treatment. 

 

CHILDREN

For health and safety, insurance purposes and to ensure all our clients can enjoy a relaxing experience, babies and children under 12 (unless having an age-permitted treatment) are not permitted in the salon.

REFUNDS POLICY - PRODUCTS

Products must be returned unused, unopened with their seal intact and in the same condition as they were originally purchased from Trends Brow Bar. We will not accept for exchange or refund any item which has been used or is not in the exact condition in which it was purchased from us. This does not affect your statutory rights. 

REFUND POLICY - SERVICES

Our services are carried out by qualified therapists. If you have had a treatment that you are unsatisfied with, please contact the salon immediately. We cannot give refunds on any treatments but we will look into your concerns immediately. Please raise your concern with the therapist during the treatment. They will listen carefully to your concerns and do what they can to rectify any problems. All concerns must be raised immediately at the treatment time or within 24 hours after treatment.

GIFT VOUCHERS

Available for all treatments and products which are non-refundable and the relevant voucher code or card must be produced at the time of your treatment. Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Gift vouchers are non-refundable and non-transferable.

All pricing is subject to change without notice.

RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE

We reserve the right to refuse service to:

1. Clients who have not had a patch test at least 48 hours ahead of their appointment where the service requires one. It is the responsibility of clients to ensure one is booked/carried out ahead of treatment

2. Late arrivals where there is inadequate time to conduct the treatment

3. Anyone behaving improperly, aggressively, are intoxicated or their state of health influences the effects of the service

4. Anyone displaying a rude or disrespectful attitude towards staff or general disregard to the salon policies

5. Anyone with a previous history of improper behaviour, non-payments or missed appointments. 

Where the right to refuse is imposed, a 100% charge for the treatment will apply. 

LAST MINUTE BOOKINGS

We allow a grace period of 15 minutes from booking, to cancel without charge, any last minute on the day bookings. Messages left outside of opening hours are not accepted.
